Do you store payloads?

Hosted mode stores encrypted payloads in platform PostgreSQL. BYO database mode stores payloads in a customer-controlled PostgreSQL schema.

Can I delete payloads?

Yes. Payload bodies can be deleted while retaining operational metadata.

How do retries work?

Delivery jobs retry according to the endpoint policy. Each attempt is recorded, and exhausted jobs move to the dead-letter queue.

What happens if workers stop?

Events remain stored and delivery jobs remain queued. Admin health checks show stale worker state, and leases expire for recovery.

Can I use my own database?

Supported plans include a guided BYO database workflow.

Do you support signing?

Yes. Outgoing deliveries can use timestamped HMAC SHA-256 signatures.

Can I invite teammates?

Yes. Workspace owners and admins can invite teammates and assign roles from the team page.

Can I export data?

Yes. Event metadata, delivery attempts, audit logs, and account metadata exports are available from the dashboard.

How is billing handled?

Polar.sh handles checkout, invoices, subscriptions, cancellation, and the billing portal.
