Do not send prohibited traffic, malware, credential dumps, payment card data outside approved handling, or traffic intended to overload the platform. Rate limits and plan limits apply. Billing, subscription management, invoices, cancellation, and the billing portal are handled by Polar.sh.

Service availability depends on application, database, worker, network, and external provider health. InstaWebhook provides reliability controls but does not guarantee that every external destination will accept every delivery. Data deletion and retention follow your plan, settings, and applicable operational requirements.
