Terms of Service
Product transparency
This page is provided for product transparency and should be reviewed with qualified legal counsel before relying on it for your organization.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for account security, endpoint token secrecy, webhook payload legality, destination configuration, and your team's use of the service. You are also responsible for ensuring that webhook payloads, destinations, and BYO database connections comply with laws and agreements that apply to your organization.
Acceptable use and billing
Acceptable use requires responsible webhook traffic. Do not send prohibited traffic, malware, credential dumps, payment card data outside approved handling, or traffic intended to overload the platform. Do not use InstaWebhook to attack, scan, overload, or interfere with third-party systems. Rate limits and plan limits apply. Billing, subscription management, invoices, cancellation, and the billing portal are handled by Polar.sh.
Availability, deletion, and retention
Service availability depends on application, database, worker, network, and external provider health. InstaWebhook provides reliability controls but does not guarantee that every external destination will accept every delivery. Data deletion and retention follow your plan, settings, and applicable operational requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaWebhook is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or downstream effects caused by webhook sender behavior, destination behavior, third-party services, network failures, or customer configuration choices.
