Cancellation and review

Subscriptions can be cancelled from the billing portal managed by Polar.sh. Refund requests are reviewed within a reasonable window and may consider duplicate charges, service access issues, and other support context.

Refund exclusions and contact

Refunds are not provided for abuse, prohibited use, or traffic that violates the Terms of Service. Contact billing@instawebhook.com with your account email, organization name, invoice reference, and reason for review.
