What counts as an event?

An event is one incoming webhook request accepted by an InstaWebhook endpoint.

Are retries counted as events?

Retries are delivery attempts for an existing event. Event volume and delivery attempts are tracked separately.

Can I delete payloads?

Yes. Payload bodies can be deleted while keeping operational metadata such as event ID, status, timestamps, and delivery attempt history.

Can I use my own database?

BYO database workflows are available on supported plans with guided permissions, encryption, credential handling, and disconnect controls.

Where are invoices managed?

Checkout, invoices, subscription changes, and billing portal access are handled by Polar.sh.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Subscription management is available from the billing portal.
